Musty smell, visible mould or weak airflow? Our licensed technicians carry out professional aircon cleaning for heavily used or neglected systems, going well beyond a filter rinse. An air conditioner deep clean covers the internal parts, coils and drain pan, with mould treatment included, for split system cleaning and other system types at one fixed flat fee.
Built-up dust and grime washed out.
Cleaner air on every hot day.on every cold night.
Indoor unit treated to remove mould.
Stops leaks, drips and musty smells.
Rinsing the filters only clears the surface. The mould, dust and slime that cause smells and weak airflow build up deeper inside, on the coil, the fan barrel and the drain pan. A professional air conditioner cleaning service washes all of it out, indoors and outdoors. Tap a number to see what we clean.
Every air conditioner pulls dust and moisture through the indoor unit. Over time that mix settles on the coil, fan and drain pan, where mould grows and airflow drops. The signs are a musty smell when the unit starts up, black spots on the louvres, water dripping from the unit and higher power bills.
An All Good extensive clean is a professional air conditioner cleaning service for systems a standard service can’t bring back. We clean the internal parts, coils and drain pan and treat the unit for mould. Air conditioner cleaning cost is a fixed flat fee: $419 for new customers and $409 for returning customers, applied automatically.
Removed, washed and dried so air moves freely through the unit.
Built-up dust and grime flushed out from between the fins.
Slime cleared and the line flushed to prevent leaks and smells.
Coil and fan rinsed clean so heat can escape.
Mould and grime removed from the fan that blows air into your room.
Indoor unit treated for mould, then run and checked before we leave.
In a ducted system the dirt is out of sight. Dust collects on the return air filter and grille, on the indoor unit in the roof space and around the outlets, and every room shares the same air. Ducted air conditioning cleaning and ducted heating cleaning clear that build-up at the source, so the system moves more air, runs quieter and stops spreading dust and musty smells through the house.
Filter and grille washed so the system can breathe properly.
Dust and mould removed from every ceiling or floor outlet.
Indoor coil, fan and drain tray cleaned where the dirt builds up.
Once your system is running again, we can help keep it that way. From air conditioner servicing and cleaning to installation quotes and carbon monoxide testing, the same licensed technicians handle it all.
Same-day or next-day diagnosis. We find the fault on-site, explain your options, and fix most problems in one visit with the major parts we carry.
An on-site assessment and detailed quote for a new system. The quote fee is credited if you go ahead with the install.
A safety test of your gas heating system and flue lines. Included as standard in every gas heater service, or book it on its own.
A full checklist tune-up that keeps your unit running efficiently, extends its life, and helps maintain your manufacturer warranty. Additional unit on the same visit.
An on-site quote to safely relocate, remove or decommission existing ducted equipment.
A detailed written assessment for your insurance claim, plus a replacement quote if needed.
There's no need to check whether your brand is covered. If it heats or cools, we can work on it.

Included in every clean
An extensive clean is a fixed flat fee: $419 for new customers and $409 for returning customers, applied automatically. That air conditioner cleaning cost covers the internal parts, coils, drain pan and mould treatment, with no surprises on the day.
A standard service is routine maintenance that keeps a working system clean and efficient. An extensive clean is an air conditioner deep clean for heavily used or neglected systems, where mould and grime have built up on the internal parts, coils and drain pan. If your unit smells, drips or has visible mould, it needs the extensive clean.
The usual signs are a musty smell when the unit starts, black spots on the louvres or inside the outlet, weak airflow, water dripping from the indoor unit and a system that runs longer to reach temperature. Units in kitchens, bedrooms and humid areas tend to need it sooner.
Rinse the filters yourself every few months, or more often in heavy use. Have the system professionally serviced once a year. An extensive clean is not needed on a set schedule: book one when you see or smell the signs of mould and build-up, or when a unit has gone years without a service.
Turn the unit off at the wall, lift the front panel and slide the filters out. Vacuum off the dust or wash the filters in lukewarm water, let them dry completely in the shade, then refit them. That keeps airflow up between visits. The coil, fan barrel and drain pan sit deeper inside and need professional air conditioner cleaning.
A musty smell usually means mould is growing on the damp coil, fan or drain pan inside the indoor unit, and the fan is blowing it into the room. Air conditioner mould can aggravate asthma and allergies. An extensive clean washes it out and treats the unit so the smell goes.
An aircon cleaning kit or spray cleaner can freshen the surface of the coil, but it does not reach the fan barrel or drain pan, where most mould builds up. Loosened grime can also block the drain. Kits are fine for light upkeep on a clean unit, not for a system that already smells or shows mould.
Usually, yes. Clearing the coil and fan restores airflow, so the unit cools and heats faster and does not have to run as long. A clean drain also stops most water leaks. If a fault remains after the clean, we’ll explain what we found and what a repair would involve.
Yes. Someone 18 or older should be there to provide access to the indoor and outdoor units. We protect the area around the indoor unit while we work and run the system before we leave.
