Air conditioner not cooling, not heating, leaking water or not working at all? Our licensed technicians carry out air conditioner repairs on split system, ducted and reverse-cycle systems, as well as ducted heating and gas heater repairs. We find the fault, explain what it will take to fix and get your system running again, with same-day service in many suburbs.

Gets your home cool again.warm again.
Blocked drains cleared and leaks stopped.
Fan, compressor and refrigerant checked.
Most breakdowns show up when the system is working hardest: cooling faults in the summer heat, heating faults on the first cold mornings. Whether your air conditioner is not cooling, not heating or leaking water, tap a number to see the common faults we repair and how we fix them.
When your air conditioner is not working, the cause is usually one of a handful of faults: a failed fan motor or capacitor, a refrigerant leak, a blocked drain, a faulty sensor or a control board problem. Left alone, a small fault can damage other parts and turn a simple air conditioner repair into a bigger one.
An All Good repair visit starts with a full fault diagnosis, so you know what has failed and what it will take to fix before the work goes ahead. We carry out split system repair, ducted air conditioning repair and reverse-cycle repairs, along with ducted heating repairs and gas heater repairs, across the ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC and WA.
Weak or no airflow traced to blocked filters, fan motors or iced coils.
Faulty sensors and dirty coils that stop the system reaching temperature.
Drain lines cleared to stop drips down the wall and mould build-up.
Fan motors, capacitors and compressors tested and repaired.
Leaks found and fixed, then gas recharged to the correct level.
Tripping power, dead remotes, thermostats and control boards.
Ducted systems have more places for a fault to hide: zone motors, dampers, ductwork in the roof space, return air filters and wall controllers. When one room stops cooling or the whole system shuts down, our technicians test each part in turn to find the cause. We carry out ducted air conditioning repair on reverse-cycle systems and ducted heating repairs on gas systems, so the fix suits how your home is laid out and used.
Zone motors, dampers and controllers tested when rooms won't switch on or off.
Split, crushed or disconnected ducts repaired so every room gets its share.
Ignition, fan and thermostat faults traced on ducted and gas heating systems.
Once your system is running again, we can help keep it that way. From air conditioner servicing and cleaning to installation quotes and carbon monoxide testing, the same licensed technicians handle it all.
A full checklist tune-up that keeps your unit running efficiently, extends its life, and helps maintain your manufacturer warranty. Additional unit on the same visit.
A step up from a standard service for heavily used or neglected systems, including internal parts, coils, drain pan and mould treatment.
A safety test of your gas heating system and flue lines. Included as standard in every gas heater service, or book it on its own.
An on-site assessment and detailed quote for a new system. The quote fee is credited if you go ahead with the install.
An on-site quote to safely relocate, remove or decommission existing ducted equipment.
A detailed written assessment for your insurance claim, plus a replacement quote if needed.
There's no need to check whether your brand is covered. If it heats or cools, we can work on it.

The most common causes are blocked filters, low refrigerant from a leak, a failed outdoor fan motor or capacitor, or a faulty sensor or thermostat. Check that the filters are clean and the unit is set to cool mode. If it is still blowing warm air, book a repair and we’ll test the system and find the fault on-site.
An air conditioner leaking water inside usually has a blocked drain line, so the water it removes from the air backs up and overflows. Dirty filters, an iced-up indoor coil or a damaged drain tray can cause it too. Turn the unit off to prevent wall and ceiling damage, then book a repair so we can clear the blockage and check for the cause.
If a reverse-cycle air conditioner is not heating, the usual causes are a faulty reversing valve, low refrigerant, a failed defrost cycle or a sensor fault. A short pause while the outdoor unit defrosts on a cold morning is normal. If it keeps blowing cold air, we’ll test the heating mode and trace the fault.
A breakdown and repair visit is a fixed flat fee: $239 for new customers and $229 for returning customers, applied automatically. That covers finding the fault on-site. If parts or extra work are needed, we give you a clear quote first and nothing goes ahead without your approval.
We offer same-day or next-day diagnosis, seven days a week, with same-day service available in many suburbs. If your air conditioning has stopped working in a heatwave or a cold snap, book online or call us and we’ll get a technician to you as soon as we can.
Not as routine. The refrigerant in an air conditioner is sealed in, so if the gas is low there is a leak somewhere. An air conditioner regas without fixing the leak only works for a short time. Our licensed, ARCtick certified technicians find and repair the leak first, then recharge the system to the correct level.
It depends on the age of the system, the cost of the part and whether parts are still available. Most faults are worth repairing. If the repair doesn’t make sense for an older system, we’ll explain your options and can provide an air conditioner replacement quote instead.
Yes. We repair all major brands, including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu and Panasonic air conditioner repairs. We work on split systems, multi-split systems, ducted reverse cycle, evaporative coolers, hydronic heating, gas heaters, gas log fires and ducted gas heating, for both homes and light commercial properties.
Yes. Someone 18 or older should be there to provide access, describe the problem and approve any work. For faults on the outdoor unit only, we can often make arrangements in advance.
