Fujitsu specialists
Fujitsu is one of the most common air conditioner brands in Australian homes, and we look after the whole range. Our licensed technicians service, clean, repair and install Fujitsu air conditioners, with a fixed price agreed before any work starts.
Every Fujitsu system
Whether it’s a single split in the bedroom or a zoned ducted system through the whole house, our technicians know how Fujitsu systems are built and what tends to go wrong with them. These are the Fujitsu systems we work on most.
Wall-mounted Lifestyle and Comfort range splits, from 2.5kW bedroom units to large living-area models.
One outdoor unit running several indoor heads. We service every head and the shared outdoor unit.
Whole-home ducted reverse cycle, including zoned systems run from anywAiR or a wall controller.
Floor consoles and under-ceiling Fujitsu units for rooms where a high-wall split won't fit.
Ceiling-mounted Fujitsu cassettes that spread air in four directions, common in open-plan homes and shops.
Setting up and fault-finding anywAiR, the FGLair app and wall controllers when they stop talking to the system.
Non-inverter and early inverter models. We repair them where it's worth it and tell you honestly when it isn't.
Sizing and installing new Fujitsu split and ducted systems, plus relocating existing units when you renovate.
Common Fujitsu faults
Most Fujitsu problems start small: flashing lights on the indoor unit, a drip, a heater that blows cold. These are the faults we fix most often, and what usually causes them.
Blinking Operation and Timer lights are how a Fujitsu reports a fault. We read the flash pattern or code, find the cause and fix it, from sensor faults to communication errors.
A Fujitsu that blows cold in heat mode, or barely cools, usually has blocked filters, dirty coils, low refrigerant or a failing part. We test the system and tell you exactly what’s wrong.
Drips from the indoor unit are almost always a blocked or badly graded drain line. We clear it, check the fall and stop it happening again.
A unit that ignores the remote may have a failed receiver board, a faulty remote or no power at the indoor unit. We test each one so you only replace what’s actually broken.
When to service
The best time for a Fujitsu service is just before you need the system most. A check a few weeks ahead catches a tired part or a blocked drain before the first heatwave or cold snap, when everyone is calling at once.
Each season’s service focuses on the mode you’re about to rely on, and you get a written report at the end.
Get your split or ducted Fujitsu cooling properly before the first hot week.
Make sure heating mode, defrost and airflow are working before the cold sets in.

Get the clarity you need
Once a year for most homes, ideally just before summer or winter. In between, clean the filters yourself every few weeks when the system is in heavy use.
Keeping the system maintained is part of looking after your warranty. Every visit comes with a written report, so keep it with your purchase paperwork in case you ever need to make a claim.
Flashing lights mean the unit has logged a fault. Turn it off at the remote, wait a few minutes and restart it. If the lights keep flashing, leave it off and book a check so a small fault doesn’t turn into a bigger repair.
Turn it off with the remote, switch the power off at the isolator or circuit breaker for a few minutes, then turn it back on. A reset can clear a one-off glitch. If the fault returns, the system needs a technician, not another reset.
Check it’s set to Heat, not Auto or Dry, and give it ten minutes. It’s normal for the unit to pause and defrost on cold mornings. If it still blows cold, it may be low on refrigerant or have a faulty valve or sensor, and needs a technician.
It’s almost always a blocked or badly graded drain line, or a dirty coil. Turn the unit off and book a check before the water damages your wall or ceiling.
Split, multi-split, ducted, floor console and ceiling cassette systems, including zoned ducted systems run from anywAiR or a wall controller.
