Lennox specialists
Lennox is best known in Australia for ducted and rooftop air conditioning, on homes and on commercial buildings. Our licensed technicians service, clean, repair and install Lennox air conditioners, with a fixed price agreed before any work starts.
Every Lennox system
Whether it’s a ducted system at home or a rooftop unit on a commercial building, our technicians know how Lennox systems are built and what tends to go wrong with them. These are the Lennox systems we work on most.
Whole-home ducted Lennox systems, including zoned installations, serviced, cleaned and repaired.
Wall-mounted Lennox split system air conditioners in bedrooms, living areas and small offices.
Lennox rooftop units on shops, offices and warehouses, serviced on a schedule that suits the site.
Lennox cooling coils added to a gas ducted heater and sharing the same ducts and outlets.
Regular filter changes, coil cleaning and checks for businesses that rely on their air conditioning.
Fault-finding Lennox thermostats, controllers and zone systems that have stopped responding.
Lennox systems installed ten, twenty or more years ago. We repair them where it's worth it and tell you honestly when it isn't.
Sizing and installing new Lennox air conditioning, or replacing an old system on the existing ducts.
Common Lennox faults
Most Lennox problems start small: a fault on the thermostat, a zone that won’t cool, a rooftop unit tripping out. These are the faults we fix most often, and what usually causes them.
A fault on the thermostat, or a unit that trips its breaker, has a cause worth finding. We test the electrics, sensors and compressor and fix what’s wrong.
Weak airflow or lukewarm air usually comes down to blocked filters, dirty coils, low refrigerant or a failing part. We test the system and tell you exactly what’s wrong.
Water marks on the ceiling under a ducted unit are almost always a blocked or badly graded drain line. We clear it, check the fall and stop it happening again.
A blank thermostat or zones that won’t open usually trace back to wiring, a zone motor or a control board. We find which and fix it.
When to service
The best time for a Lennox service is just before you need the system most. A check a few weeks ahead catches a tired part, a blocked drain or a zone that isn’t opening before the first heatwave or cold snap, when everyone is calling at once.
Each season’s service focuses on the mode you’re about to rely on, and you get a written report at the end.
Get your split or ducted Lennox cooling properly before the first hot week.
Make sure heating mode, defrost and airflow are working before the cold sets in.

Once a year for most homes, ideally just before summer or winter. In between, clean the filters yourself every few weeks when the system is in heavy use.
Keeping the system maintained is part of looking after your warranty. Every visit comes with a written report, so keep it with your purchase paperwork in case you ever need to make a claim.
Yes. We service and repair Lennox rooftop packaged units, and can set up regular maintenance visits so filters and coils are done on schedule.
A ducted home system takes a little longer than a split, because we also check the ducts, zones and controls. Rooftop units depend on size and access.
Ducted, split and add-on cooling systems in homes, and rooftop packaged units on commercial buildings.
If the system is under about ten years old and the fault is minor, a repair is usually worth it. For older systems facing a big repair, we’ll give you both prices so you can decide.
